Nurturing a Lean Habit Extra run
Description
During this interactive session the ourcambridge Simplifying our Processes team will look at how habits can be established and how this can be applied to Lean tools and techniques, so helping to embed Continuous Improvement across the University. We will then discuss the impact that this could have on wellbeing.
Target audience
- All staff within the collegiate University
Prerequisites
Some understanding of Lean as a Continuous Improvement methodology would be a benefit but not essential.
Objectives
- To gain an understanding of the links between habits and culture
- To look at how habits can help to embed a continuous improvement culture
