Objectives

By the end of the session you will be able to:

  • Clearly define coaching and differentiate it from other interventions
  • Identify when coaching is appropriate and describe its impact on performance, motivation, and development
  • Use a structured frameworks like GROW, to guide effective coaching conversations
  • Demonstrate Core Coaching Skills - practice active listening, open questioning, and feedback techniques to build rapport and support others
  • Reflect and Plan for Continued Use - evaluate personal coaching style, identify barriers, and consider how to integrate a coaching style into daily conversation
