University departmental staff only - Primarily aimed at Operatives and maintenance personnel who regularly work with domestic water systems. This is also open to other persons who would like to learn more and is recommended for managers and supervisors.

This training should be done following the completion of Legionella Awareness training.

Number of sessions: 1

This engaging and practical session will cover essential aspects of water safety, including:

• Identifying and managing water-related risks
• Understanding the different types of water systems
• Carrying out routine safety related maintenance and monitoring tasks
• Being aware of environmental impacts, and how you can positively contribute
• Responding to incidents and emergencies
