This session provides an overview of the revised Student Discipline Procedure, which will be in place from 1 October 2023 onwards.

The revisions to the procedure include: - changes to investigating and sanctioning academic misconduct; - fast track processes for considering criminal convictions and fraudulent admissions information relating to current students; - additional rights for reporting students; - clearer sanctions guidance

Any University, College or SU staff or fellows with involvement in the Student Discipline Procedure, including those who may support or represent students.

To understand the process for raising Concerns, investigating and sanctioning student misconduct; To understand the rights and responsibilities of all involved in the procedure; To know what to expect from the Procedure and where to seek further advice.
