The course aims to provide the necessary skills and knowledge required to use the new features and enhancements found in the major applications of Mcrosoft Office 2010.

Upgrading to Microsoft Office 2010 is designed for people who are upgrading to Microsoft Office 2010 and need to understand the changes and new features in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. As this is an upgrade course it is assumed that the reader has some familiarity with one or more previous versions of Microsoft Office. It would also be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system as you will be required to start applications, work with and copy files and locate file folders.
