UIS Staff: Christmas Lunch 2019

Enjoy a festive feast at the UIS end of year party at Churchill College.

Our annual celebration will be at Churchill College on Storey's Way, 19 December starting at 13:00. The event is open to all UIS staff and will include plenty of food and fun!

Menu
Main course

• Norfolk roast turkey with cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets and pan jus
  
• Feather blade steak with red currant cabbage and charred onions petals
  
• Chestnut crusted cod loin with courgette spaghetti
  
• Courgette mille-feuille with poached quail’s egg (vegetarian)
  
• Winter vegetables and cranberry filled filo roll served with gravy (vegan)
  

Served with a selection of festive vegetables and potatoes

Deserts

• Christmas pudding with seasonal ice-cream/ Christmas pudding with vanilla sauce (vegan)
  
• Caramel chocolate fondant with ice-cream
  
• Clementine, rum and gingerbread trifle
  

Served with Fair Trade coffee or tea and mince pies
