Managing Projects with Microsoft 365 Part 1 (In Person Face to Face)
PrerequisitesNew

Description

This is the first part of a two part course, part two can be booked separately (see below).

The course provides practical guidance on using Microsoft 365 tools to manage projects effectively. Through demonstrations and hands-on activities, you’ll explore how Teams and its integrated apps can enhance collaboration, streamline communication, and improve productivity across your project lifecycle.

Choosing the right course for you The course is divided into two parts. Please read the topic list carefully before booking, so you can select the courses(s) that best match your current experience and confidence using Microsoft Teams. Please note that you are signing up for a taster of each app; additional time and experience will be needed to fully master the apps explored.

Designed for staff who have had less exposure to Teams, this session introduces the core collaboration tools most commonly used in project work. If you're already familiar with these features, you may prefer to attend only Part 2.

This course focuses on task tracking, data collection, reporting, and workflow automation using Microsoft 365 apps. It’s ideal for staff managing projects or coordinating teams and stakeholders.

  • This is the In Person Face to Face version of the Live Online course.
