CLIC: Inter-Communication: Safe to Speak: Building Trust for High-Performing Teams New
Have you ever held back from asking a question or sharing an idea because you feared being judged? Psychological safety is the belief that you can take interpersonal risks - such as making mistakes, asking questions, or offering feedback - without fear of embarrassment or punishment. Research shows that psychological safety is one of the strongest predictors of high-performing teams.
Join our workshop to:
- Understand what psychological safety is and why it matters.
- Recognise behaviours that build - or undermine - trust in groups.
- Practise strategies to create environments where everyone feels safe to contribute.
Eligibility
- Staff and students from Cambridge University Engineering Department ONLY
