This workshop offers an overview of effective approaches in various genres of written communication, hopefully offering insights which will improve your day-to-day communicative writing in a variety of contexts. If you have ever struggled with writing an email or a formal letter, this might be the workshop for you.

We will discuss appropriate levels of formality, as well as the structure and layout of different types of writing and what is appropriate for particular occasions, in both emails and written letters.
