The session will cover information on the sports centre and what is available for staff and upcoming events for West Cambridge staff.

You will also have an opportunity to ask the Sport and Physical Activity Assistant any questions.

Knowledge Bites - Five Ways to Wellbeing new Finished 13:00 - 13:45 Via MS Teams

The Five Ways to Wellbeing is an evidence-based framework promoted by the NHS and national mental health charities.

This webinar will explain what the Five Ways are and their impact on mental wellbeing. It will provide practical examples of actions for each and give participants the opportunity to reflect on their own wellbeing and note five actions they could try in their daily life.
