Description
Staff Review and Development (SRD) provides the opportunity for individuals to engage in constructive discussion with their supervisors, managers or academic colleagues about current and future work and their personal and career development. This short session aims to clarify the overall purpose and outcomes of the meeting and consider what you can do to help ensure an effective meeting.
