Immigration Lunch & Learn: The Resident Labour Market Test
Special

Mon 4 Mar 2013

Description

The Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT) is a key area within the recruitment of Sponsored Workers (Tier 2). Getting it wrong can cause significant delays to the recruitment process and is frustrating both for the recruiter and the candidate selected for the role. Failure to meet the RLMT where required is a breach of our sponsor duties, which could lead to our licence being downgraded or removed.

This event aims to demystify the requirements of the RLMT so that we get it right first time and avoid unnecessary setbacks. The Lunch and Learn is a focused face to face session.
