This interactive course is designed to help delegates plan and deliver process improvement workshops and is complementary to other courses within the Business Improvement theme.

Must have completed "Introduction to Lean in HE - Making Improvements in the Workplace course.

Objectives
- To refresh your knowledge of Lean Tools and Techniques
- To develop your knowledge of the workshop facilitation process
- To challenge your knowledge of selecting the right tool or approach
- To develop your knowledge of using an A3 Improvement Charter to support your planning
- To provide tips for increasing your confidence when facilitating workshops
- To know how to react when workshops don't go to plan
- To develop your understanding of how to capture workshop outputs and develop next steps
